Meetings & Events

In addition to our monthly community meetings, the Corona del Mar Residents Association sponsors several keynote events which focus on local issues that are important to our members and the community at large.  Most of these events are open to the general public; some are for members only.

CdMRA members receive advance notice of these events, and have priority admission status, especially important for events that are popular and result in standing-room-only attendance.

Our monthly and signature recurring events are listed below.  We encourage you to mark your calendar and make plans to join us at one or more of these events.

Topical and insightful, CdMRA holds a meeting most every month which includes Corona del Mar’s three council members (Districts 5, 6 and 7), our NBPD and NBFD liaison officers, several city commissioners and a guest speaker covering topics and issues that matter most to CdM residents.  Reports from each of our panel members are followed by audience Q&A.  The meeting concludes with a business report from CdMRA officers.  There is much to learn and opportunities to share concerns and opinions.  This is another way the CdMRA meets its important goal of resident outreach and feedback. Join us when you can.

 CdM Town Halls

Scheduled regularly, so watch our Upcoming Events listing for details.

CdMRA partners with our City Council and local County, State and Federal representatives to promote Town Halls which focus on issues that have a direct impact on residents and their community.  Topics such as Public Safety, Crime Prevention, General Plan Update processes and celebrations such as the opening of the new CdM Branch Library and Fire Station result in well attended meetings with robust dialogue between citizens and their representatives.
