The Corona del Mar Residents Association (CdMRA), a non-profit resident advocacy group, was founded in 1987 to provide a unified voice on issues which impact over 6,400 residences in neighborhoods located in Zip Code 92625.
Founded in 1987 by Corona del Mar Councilman Phil Sansone to create a unified community voice to advocate for city resources on quality of life issues
Conceived as a residents’ advocacy group (NOT a homeowners’ association) for all who call Corona del Mar their home
Charged to create collaborative and effective relationships with city leaders and staff
Advocate for all residents, whether they own or rent, throughout Corona del Mar
Foster direct and regular access to City Council, especially with those council members who represent Corona del Mar, the City Manager, Public Safety leadership, city staff and Corona del Mar businesses
Support city leaders and staff in their efforts to seek valuable resident insights and feedback on issues and concerns that impact all 6,400+ households in Corona del Mar
